We are opening in 2 days! Our SAVA 2.0 on Roncy is ready for the soft opening and we are making final touches. Last week, we worked until 11 pm and passed all inspections, obtained all permits, and trained the team (9 people!). Here are some memories from the training:
We are unpacking all the equipment, cleaning the store and preparing ingredients. There is still a lot to do, and we may stay up late tomorrow night, but we are happy today after finishing the construction and passing all inspections.
We are planning to run SAVA in soft mode for about 2 weeks before the Grand Opening (which will be announced later), and we will be open from 9 am to 5 pm during this period.
We are very excited to open our doors at 221 Roncesvalles Ave on March 21st at 9 am! See you, Roncy!
